He has a background in primary production and his genuine interest in all facets of rural industry ensures his knowledge and advice is always relevant. Len has over 20 years experience as a public accountant specialising in taxation.
Len and his wife also successfully owned and operated a regional supermarket for 9 years. In 2002 Len joined Accounting & You, becoming a partner in 2007.

Wayne is our primary financial planner and has a wealth of experience in Financial Planning. He is an Authorised Representative of Count Financial Limited.

He has a wealth of experience in public administration as well as all facets of financial planning.

With many years of demonstrated experience in Financial Planning, Wayne invests considerable time and effort into ensuring the advice and services offered to clients are reliable and relevant to their needs and financial goals.

Wayne is a member of the National Institute of Accountants.

Kathy Dumbleton JPQ

Kathy is Wayne's Assistant in the Financial Planning Team. Kathy joined the financial planning team after 6 years in the legal field in a secretarial / personal assistant role.

These skills acquired as a personal assistant bring an extra dimension to our Financial Planning Team especially in the area of 'Attention to Detail'.
